Simply fill cooker with beer and your favourite herbs.
Put more herbs inside chicken. Rub herbs on outside of chicken.
Place chicken on cooker (in a roasting pan or cookie sheet), so that it’s sitting upright, with the cooker sticking up inside the chicken.
Roast in oven or BBQ @ 350° F. (25 minutes per pound)
Save contents of cooker and roasting pan for great chicken soup.
